Super easy to remember this one, just do equal portions of the 3 basic ingredients.
"I use plain yogurt instead of cottage cheese and add cinnamon and pure vanilla extract."
Blend ingredients until smooth.
Pour approximately 1/4 cup batter for each pancake onto heated griddle or non-stick pan.
When pancake bubbles, flip and cook the other side.
Use water to thin the batter as necessary to make pancake batter consistency.
