Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine filling ingredients (peaches, sugar, butter sprinkles and lemon juice). Stir gently until sugar starts to dissolve and set aside. Combine biscuit mix and evaporated milk and stir until well blended. Mixture will be like a thin batter. Add sugar and mix. Pour half of the batter into a 13"X9" baking dish that has been sprayed with a non-stick cooking spray. Spoon filling mixture evenly over top. Pour remaining batter over top of filling layer. Sprinkle a spoonful of granulated sugar over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
