Directions
boil the pasta according to package directions. When it is al dente, immediately drain and run under cold water. Cook onions and minced garlic in 1/2 tbsp oil for 3 minutes or so. Add raw shrimp and salt; cook until shrimp are opaque. Add 1/2 cup veggie broth, oregano, basil and tomatoes. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until the tomatoes are soft. Add pasta to sauce.
