Suggest a better descriptionPeel and devein shrimp. Steam or boil shrimp until cooked and middles are opaque in color. Let cool.
Pickling mixture - in a large bowl, combine vegetable oil, red wine vinegar, tarragon vinegar, lemon juice, sugar, salt, Worcestershire sauce and hot pepper sauce. Mix until well combined. Add capers w/juice and bay leaves and gently mix until well incorporated.
Thinly slice onions. Layer shrimp and onions in an airtight container making multiple layers of each. Pour pickling mixture over shrimp and onions. Seal container and refrigerate. Let shrimp pickle for at least two days, stirring at least once per day, before serving.
