Very tasty and healthy pancakes for the hungriest crowd.

"Thanks so much! Finally a homemade recipe that received my kids approval. It was either aunt jemima whole wheat pancakes or nothing for them. After trying these, my eldest said, "those were absolutely delicious mom, thanks!" I will definitely make these again and again! Thanks!"

2 cups Oats; Uncooked
1 1/2 cups Flour
1/4 cup Sugar
2 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Salt
3 Eggs; Beaten
2 cups milk
1/3 cup Margarine; melted

Original recipe makes 4



Combine dry ingredients. Add eggs, milk, and margarine. Mix well. Pour 1/2 cup batter onto hot greased griddle.

We doubled this recipe but it just looked like throw up. My dog wouldn't even touch it on the floor. Tried a few, but no one liked it. Will NEVER make these again. I just don't think oats belong in pancakes.

Great recipe! Sometimes I stick to the recipe and sometimes I use water instead of milk, and add a dash of cinnamon and splash of vanilla:). Great both ways and it's great fit for our family!

Grest recipe! I cut it in half and used whole wheat flour. I also added cinnamon and brown sugar. My 1 yr old loved them and so did we!
