Very tasty and healthy pancakes for the hungriest crowd.


2 cups Oats; Uncooked
1 1/2 cups Flour
1/4 cup Sugar
2 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Salt
3 Eggs; Beaten
2 cups milk
1/3 cup Margarine; melted

Original recipe makes 4



Combine dry ingredients. Add eggs, milk, and margarine. Mix well. Pour 1/2 cup batter onto hot greased griddle.

We doubled this recipe but it just looked like throw up. My dog wouldn't even touch it on the floor. Tried a few, but no one liked it. Will NEVER make these again. I just don't think oats belong in pancakes.

Great recipe! Sometimes I stick to the recipe and sometimes I use water instead of milk, and add a dash of cinnamon and splash of vanilla:). Great both ways and it's great fit for our family!

Grest recipe! I cut it in half and used whole wheat flour. I also added cinnamon and brown sugar. My 1 yr old loved them and so did we!
