Suggest a better description1. Preheat oven to 375 F. Coat baking dish with cooking spray. In large pot, combine Alfredo sauce, 1 cup cheddar, American cheese, 1/2 cup monterey jack, 3 tbs parmesan, 1 cup water, and mustard. Cook, stirring until heated and smooth.
2. Stir in pasta, ham, and scallions. Transfer to baking dish.
3. In a bowl, mix crushed crackers, remaining cheddar, monterey jack, and parmesan. Mix with butter and parsley. Sprinkle over pasta.
4. Bake about 20 minutes until browned and bubbly. Cook for 10 minutes before serving.
