Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Soak fish in coconut milk for 1 hour
Mix nuts, pinko, flour,butter, and cayenne
Place fish on aluminum foil laced cookie sheet
Brush fish with oil
Bake 5 minutes
Remove fish from oven and brush with coconut milk.
Pat nut mixture onto both sides of fish
Bake an additional 12 - 15 minutes
