Macaroni Salad

This is by far one of my family's holiday favorites; although it's a great dish for picnics too!


Ingredients

Are you making this? 
1 pound Macaroni; cooked
1 large Green pepper; chopped
1 medium Onion; chopped
4 Carrot; shredded
1 can Condensed milk
1 cup Vinegar
2/3 cup Sugar
2 cups Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Pepper

Original recipe makes 16

Servings  

Preparation

Cook and drain macaroni. Cool. Add chopped vegetables and mix well. In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients and pour over macaroni mixture. Let chill for ATLEAST 4 hours. (Best if cooled overnight).
