Macaroni Salad

The simplist and best tasting macaroni salad ever! I got this from my soon-to-be mother in law!


1 Pound Shell macaroni; Cooked
3 stalks Celery; Chopped
12 Eggs; Hard boiled
17 ounces Canned Tuna; Drained
32 ounces Miracle whip light
Salt and pepper; To taste

Original recipe makes 20 Servings



Mix all ingrients well. Best if made the night before to allow to soak into pasta. May need to add more mayo, to your desired consistency, later.


The large amount of eggs is the secret ;) I have to make it in my 26 cup Tupperware bowl as it makes quite a bit.

Great dish. I make this often for a quick, easy and delicious meal afterwork. I usually only mix spices, tuna and mayo with my pasta salad. I prefer to have it simple.

I forgot to buy celery and its now Christmas Day. So I have to go without but it still came out delicious. One of my favorite "pasta" salads.
