Top-ranked recipe named "Macaroni Tuna Casserole"
This is a great recipe. I usuallly stir in cauliflower and top with crushed potato chips.

Prepare macaroni and cheese according to package directions. Stir in the soup, tuna and milk. Pour into a greased 2-qt. baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese and parsley if desired. Bake, uncovered, at 350? for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted. Yield: 4 servings.
Aloerzel 1 year agoI will make this again. I will add some celery, peas, another can of tuna, salt & pepper, a full cup of milk and this time I will have the chips to put on top!!
