Suggest a better descriptionCook macaroni in a large saucepan,boil uncovered for about 12 minutes. Drain well.
Melt butter in large saucepan stir in flour and mustard. Stir over medium heat for 2 minutes or until bubbly.
Remove from heat, gradually stir in the milk. Return to heat, stir constantly over medium heat until sauce boils.
Add the cheese, stir until melted.Gently stir in macaroni, eggs, peas and parsley. Serve immediately.
Or place mixture in a heatproof dish, sprinkle top with extra cheese.
Place under hot griiller for a few minutes or until browned
You can also bake uncovered in a moderate oven for about
20 minutes or until brown and heated through.
