This is good.
Mix flour, powdered milk, baking powder and salt in food processor or electric mixer. Slowly pour in oil as machine is running. Scrape sides of bowl with rubber spatula. Mix thoroughly again. Stor in cool place in a tightly covered container. Use mix as you would any commercial biscuit mix.
Makes about 5 cups
