Suggest a better descriptionRub liquid smoke on the frozen brisket, and put in the crockpot, fat side up. Liberally sprinkle with salt and some pepper. Add 1/4 cup water to the crockpot and cook on low all day. Don't pull it out until at least 8hrs!
Remove from crockpot and take 2 forks and pull apart the beef into strands. Top with BBQ sauce (see Recipe or buy a bottle) and mix until absorbed. Put in foil in an low heat oven until you are ready to serve.
Serve: On top of hamburger buns with cheddar, or as a main dish with baked bean and coleslaw. Yummy!
