Great if you have left over mashed taters. Great to make on it's own too
Cook Potatoes, drain them and mash them
Add sour cream, cream cheese, 4 tablespoons of butter, onion and salt and pepper. Mix until cream cheese and butter are melted
Spread in a greased 9 x 13 pan.
Melt remaining butter and drizzle over potatoes and sprinkle w/ paprika
You can refrigerate it or bake it immediately. Baked covered @ 350 for 40 minutes. Then uncover it and bake it 20 minutes longer.
If you decide to bake later, let the dish stand on counter for 30 minutes to come to room temperature before putting in oven.
