Mix ground beef, onions, seasoning, and garlic until well blended. separate 8 half pound "balls" and form into patties. Grill. Once cooked to desired tempature (med/well recommended) serve on bun. Garnish to personal preferance--we like to add spinach, tomato, and chipolte dressing.
This is just a "base" recipe, be creative and personalize to your family preferances. It seems like a lot of onion, however they do reduce some in cooking. You you are not a big fan on onions, you will likely not like this burger.
