Filling: Mix spices, flour, and salt, then mix into sugar. Add pumpkin; mix well. Add slightly beaten eggs, milk, evaporated milk, and vanilla; pour into prepared crust. Bake 15 minutes at 450º and reduce oven to 325º. Bake 50 to 60 minutes.
