Easy Barbeque chicken using chicken thighs over breast. You can use breast meat but this is a recipe that can utilize the thighs for I feel they get let out of alot of recipes and the thigh meat is usually more tender and moist!!
Combine all ingredients in the bowl except for the chicken and the honey.
Next add the chicken thighs.
Marinade chicken for 12 hours.
Prepare your bar-b-que. Grill your chicken until done.
When done drizzle with honey to your hearts content.
Serve with rice and a vegetable
