Fresh tart mango, creamy avocado, tangy lime with a flash of spice. This is a wonderful summer salad.

"Family loved this summer salad.
Omitted the cayenne pepper.
Added a teaspoon of sugar to the dressing. Drizzled dressing over the plated salad and topped with chopped fresh cilantro. "

We couldn't add the cayenne due to allergy, but we enjoyed this even though we don't care much for mango. It wasn't as sweet as we'd feared. The dark sesame oil really came through and brought the flavors together.

We used 1/2 tsp salt and added a Truvia packet to the dressing. Worked well with canned mango.
