Grandma Thorning' s Recipe
Peel and slice the mangoes and mince them with the raisins, dates, ginger and garlic.
Add the sugar and vinegar and cloves(optional).
Cook over a slow to moderate heat for a few hours until dark brown.
When cool, bottle into jars.
Enjoy!
