Very easy and delicious treat for all ages. Also makes a fantastic healthy dessert alternative.
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Adjust ingredients according to your taste. Pour into glass and enjoy!

mapglobal2 1y agoLoved this. Very similar to what I've had when living in India, and of course here at home in NYC. Left out the cardamom, and it was really perfect. It went well with the chicken masala and nan I made for dinner. Wifey just loved this lassi and has been raving about it ever since. Can't wait to make it again!

ees55 2y agoI added a very small amount of cardamom and it turned out just okay, more icy and less creamy than I've had before. Maybe next time I'll omit the ice.

Fishpool 3y agoMade it with honey and Splenda instead of sugar and it turned out great. Put it in the freezer for about an hour to get it super cold with a bit of frosty.

Relentless1982 6y agoNot like the mango lassi I know. Way too much cardimon flavor and not enough sugar! I will do 2 tbs sugar next time and only a pinch of cardimon.
