Simple but very tasty salsa that goes well with all sorts of grilled meat
Place all ingredients into a glass bowl and mix very well.
Marinate for 2 to 3 hours in fridge to blend flavors. Substitute 2 peaches (blanched, peeled and diced) for 1 mango for peach mango salsa.
Avoid mangoes that are too ripe. They should be ripe but firm, otherwise the salsa will be too saucy.
