Try adding mint. Pineapple works well too.
Core peel and chop the mango(s). Place in a large jar and add tequila. Let steep 24 hours to 2 weeks. Strain and rebottle. Sweeten if desired. I don't bother straining if the fruit will be in the jar 2 weeks or less.
