Simple weeknight Italian favorite.
Heat oven to 350(F) degrees.
Spray 9 x 13 baking dish with a non-stick cooking spray.
Cook pasta according to package directions, drain, rinse with cool water and dry on paper towels.
For filling, stir together 3 cups mozzarella, ricotta and basil.
Stuff shells with the filling.
Spoon 2 cups of spaghetti sauce into bottom of baking dish, and arrange stuffed pasta over sauce.
Pour remaining sauce over pasta. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella.
Bake for 15min.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake an additional 10 min.
Serve
You may also brown hamburger meat and warm the spaghetti sauce with the meat to have a meat sauce.
