A healthy and delicious recipe! This is one of my dad's favorites.
"Hey Abby, it's me again. I checked out your profile and found this recipe. I've been on a diet lately, and I thought this sounded good. It is! If you have anymore healthy recipes, let me know!"
Whisk mustard, maple syrup, 1 tablespoon oil, thyme, pepper and salt in a large bowl.
Pour into a large plastic bag, add chicken, and move them around to coat evenly. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes and up to 6 hours.
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Put the chicken on a sprayed cookie sheet or in a glass dish.
Cook the chicken breasts, covered with aluminum foil, for 10 minutes. Then cook another 10 minutes uncovered.
Serve and enjoy : )

bobalong725 3 years agoI made this recipe last night. It was easy to make. I had to cook it about 15 min. longer than suggested, but it was done and it was very moist. There wasn't much flavor to it though. As far as making it again - no I wouldn't. I'm not saying it was a bad recipe, but it was not one that I would recommend to anyone. Sorry.
littlemissriya 3 years agoThis tasted bland and boring. Also, please cook the chicken for 30-40 min. instead of the 20 it recommends, unless you want to eat raw chicken.

C.Hubb 4 years agoI LOVED this recipe! I had to cook it awhile longer because my chicken breasts were bigger but they were still tender regardless and had alot of flavor
