Ready in 55 minutes
A healthy and delicious recipe! This is one of my dad's favorites.
Whisk mustard, maple syrup, 1 tablespoon oil, thyme, pepper and salt in a large bowl.
Pour into a large plastic bag, add chicken, and move them around to coat evenly. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes and up to 6 hours.
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Put the chicken on a sprayed cookie sheet or in a glass dish.
Cook the chicken breasts, covered with aluminum foil, for 10 minutes. Then cook another 10 minutes uncovered.
Serve and enjoy : )

LaraRose 3y agoRecipe turned out delicious! The chicken was nice and moist, which is always a pleasant surprise when cooking at 8500 ft above sea level. Definitely will make this again
Cahenry7 3y agoVery delicious dish. My husband loved it and had Thirds!!
Kem535s 4y agoDelicious and fast...will definitely make again!
bobalong725 4y agoI made this recipe last night. It was easy to make. I had to cook it about 15 min. longer than suggested, but it was done and it was very moist. There wasn't much flavor to it though. As far as making it again - no I wouldn't. I'm not saying it was a bad recipe, but it was not one that I would recommend to anyone. Sorry.
littlemissriya 4y agoThis tasted bland and boring. Also, please cook the chicken for 30-40 min. instead of the 20 it recommends, unless you want to eat raw chicken.
MillsVball20 4y agoJust made this tonight and my family loved it!!
AztecFan 4y agoSorry. That review I just did was for a different recipe. But don't know how to delete.
Nyhadi91 4y agoI want to make this recipe but I have 1 enquiry. Is the mustard powder or creamy? Thank you in advance.
C.Hubb 5y agoI LOVED this recipe! I had to cook it awhile longer because my chicken breasts were bigger but they were still tender regardless and had alot of flavor
