Meanwhile for glaze in a small saucepan bring maple syrup and vinegar to boiling. boil 7 to 9 min. or until reduced to about 2/3 cup, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; add butter and remaining 2 tsp rosemary; stir until smooth. cover and set aside.
Place pork on grill. Grill, covered 20 to 22 min. or until an instant read thermometer registers 160 degrees, turning once or twice. Remove from grill; cover loosely and let stand 2 min.
Place glaze over low heat to warm. Cut pork into 6 to 8 pieces; place pork on a serving platter and drizzle with glaze. Top with additional rosemary, and serve.
