Pasta sauce
Cook onion & garlic in olive oil in Dutch oven over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until tender. Add tomatoes and remaining ingredients.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat to medium and cook, stirring occasionally, 20 minutes or until most of the liquid evaporates.
Remove & discard bay leaves. Serve warm over pasta and toss.
