Try this Marinated Beef Brisket recipe, or contribute your own.
Place brisket in 13x9 (3-quart) glass baking dish or large resealable plastic bag. In medium bowl, combine all remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour over brisket, turning to coat; cover dish or seal bag. Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
Heat oven 325F.
Drain brisket, reserving marinade. Place brisket and half of marinade (about 1-3/4 cups) in 13x9 baking dish; cover. Discard remaining marinade. Bake at 325 for 4 hours or until tender. 8 servings. Typically we marinate it overnight and cook for 4 hours (no longer).
It is delicious!

Freshenuf 5y agoTerrific brisket!! I put all the ingredients in a slow cooker and let it cook for 5 hours. I thickened the sauce with a little cornstarch. This saved a great deal of time and my family loved it!
chi_wawa_mama 6y agoThis was wonderful. I used a much bigger brisket (11lbs) I just x4 the marinade. I also marinated it one of those bags you cook a turkey in. I added all ingrediance and squeezed all of the air from the bag. In the morning I removed a little over 1/2 the marinade secured thed turkey bag, popped a couple of holes in the bag and baked it for 7hrs. The meat fell apart and it was fantastic!
