mandylee1081This was a great recipe! It was super easy to make, and packed some big flavor.7y ago
meanderwithmeI recently tried this one out as part of a Southwestern dinner for guests from Japan -- with rave reviews all around. Once the guests left, I found myself returning to the leftovers (I made a 2 recipe) to snack on more, more, more. Not only would I make it again -- I AM making it again tonight. My meat was skirt steak rather than flank (is there a difference?), and I didn't realize until well into the grilling that I hadn't unfolded the long, thin cuts of meat. Whoops. Opened up the steak and grilled the other (non-marinated) side, and it was fantastic, even with my error.8y ago
