1 ts Mustard; prepared
1 lb Sirloin steak; cut in 2"cubes
1/2 c Lemon juice
1 lg Green pepper; cut in 1"pieces
1 c Onion; chopped
1 tb Worcesteshire sauce
1/2 c Vegetable oil
2 md Onions; quartered
1/4 c Soy sauce
2 md Tomatoes; quartered

Original recipe makes 4



Saute onion in oil; remove from heat. Stir in lemon juice, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard; pour over meat and vegetables. Cover and marinate overnight in refrigerator. Remover meat and vegetables from marinade, reserving marinade. Alternate meat and vegetables on skewers. Grill 5 minutes on each side over medium coals or until desired degree of doneness, brushing frequently with marinade. SOURCE: Southern Living Magazine, sometime in 1980. I used water instead of the oil for the marinate soaked in real got and had good flavor.
