Marinated Tofu

1/2 c Flour
2 ts Grated ginger
1/2 c Soy sauce
2 tb Sake (rice wine
Peanut oil flavored with
1/4 c Toasted white sesame seeds
1/4 c Honey
1 pk Tofu; sliced thinly

Original recipe makes 1 Servings



Combine soy sauce, honey, ginger and sake. Marinate tofu slices. Combine sesame seeds and flour. Dip tofu slices in flour. Fry in oil in skillet on both sides until crisp and brown. After all slices are fried, cook remaining marinade until it thickens.
