Delicious easy to make breakfast burritos
Prepare potatoes by peeling and cutting into quarter inch strips. Add olive oil to frying pan then add potatoes over medium heat. While cooking, slice bacon and set aside. . When potatoes can be easily cut with your utensil add bacon. Add salt, pepper and paprika to taste. Crack eggs and put directly into food while frying. Mix together until eggs are done. Spoon food onto tortilla shells, add cheese, hot sauce and enjoy.
Don't be shy with the paprika. The bacon only takes about 2 minutes to cook. Stir frequently. Enjoy
