These do not use yeast.
Beat eggs; add sugar & beat till creamy. Add milk & melted oleo; mix well. Sift together dry ingredients; add to egg mix; stir till well mixed. Cover w/ waxed paper & refrigerate till chilled. Roll dough ¼” thick; cut w/ doughnut cutter & fry in deep-fat fryer at 400°F(204°C) till golden brown.
