1/2 c Honey
1 c Sugar
1/8 ts Salt
1/4 c Water
1 Egg white; stiffly beaten
1 c Diced marshmallows

Original recipe makes 1 servings



Combine sugar, honey, water, and salt. Boil to soft ball stage (236 F). Add marshmallows. Pour slowly, beating constantly, onto egg white. Beat until thick and creamy. Posted to fatfree digest by "Ross, Lynne" on May 21, 1999,
