Suggest a better description1. drain cherries well on paper towels for several hours. Line baking sheet w/ waxed paper, set aside.
2. In sm. bowl mix butter & corn syrup. Stir i powdered sugar, knead till sooth (chill if to soft to handle). Shape about 1/2 tea. mixture around each cherry. Place coated cherries, stem up, on sheet. Chill @ 1 hr, or till firm.
3. Melt coating. Line a baking sheet w/ waxed paper. Holding cherries by stem dip into coating. (be sure to completely seal cherry in coating.) Let excess coating drip off. Place on baking sheet stems up.
4. Chill till coating is firm. Store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator. Let ripen for 1-2 wks. before serving. Makes 60 pieces.
