Great Side which everyone likes
1. Mix soup, milk, soy sauce and pepper.
2. When ready to bake, add this mixture to the beans and 1 1/3 cup of French Fried Onions - not total amt - just 1 1/3 cups
3. Bake at 350 F for 25 minutes or until thoroughly hot.
4. Sprinkle with remaining onions and bake for 5 minutes.
Dry ingredients and Wet ingredients could be mixed ahead of time - but should not be combined with the beans and french fried onions until ready to bake or the green beans and onions will get soggy.
One small container of French Fried Onions is 6 oz and 6 oz = 3 cups , so one 6 oz container is enough for serving of 18.
French's Fried Onion - regular is usually used but they also come in cheddar flavor and sometimes I have made the onions a combination of the regular and the cheddar.
Milk - sometimes I add a little more milk - depending on the amt of beans used.
