Try this Maryland-Style Crab Cakes recipe, or contribute your own.
GENTLY BLEND ALL INGREDIENTS, except the butter. Shape into 8-10 crab cakes and refrigerate 30 minutes. Melt butter in a large skillet and saute crab cakes until golden brown on all sides, 5-7 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges or an appropriate sauce.
Tammyknits 4y agoGood recipe, I used less butter than called for. Could use some spices.
RKG1 8y agoTried these because I had everything on hand. They turned out great. I did cut the butter by 2 tbs and only added 6. Added a dash of hot sauce and served with louisiana hot sauce on the side. Will be making these again.
