Zip and Steam Recipe
1) Place in Medium Ziploc Zip N Steam bag: 1 pound of roughly uniform cut potatoes
2) Seal bag. Pat potatoes into single layer; place in microwave
3) Cook on full power for 6 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
4) Allow bag to stand for 1 minute after cooking before handling: Carefully open bag and then add: 1/4 cup of milk and 1 tablespoon of butter; pinch of salt
5) Squeeze air out of baf and sale. Hold top edge of bag in one hand; cover other hand with clean dishcloth and mash potatoes by squeezing bag.
