matzo balls

Separate half the eggs. Combine whole eggs with seltzer.
Add mixture to dry ingredients.
Whisk reserved egg whites to semi-stiff
Add to mixture.
Refrigerate covered 1 hour.
Add ping pong sized matzo balls to boiling water for 15 minutes.
Cool in same pot.
Heat together with soup.
