this is fresh homemade mayo done in the food processor.
Add all the wet ingredients to the food processor (except Oil). Add the salt, mustard and sugar. Pulse 5 times. Then with the processor on drizzle in the oil until it is incorporated. Keep it at room temp for 2 hours and refrigerate for up to a week.
