Useable with a variety of meat options.
1. Heat up the cream of chicken and cream of celery together
2. Cook the meat then set aside
3. Grill the onions and heat up the tortillas on the grill so they are still flexible enough to wrap but slightly hardened
4. Chop up the cooked chicken while the onions and tortillas are grilling
5. Pour a thin layer of cream mix into 2 long short pans
6. Put a scoop of meat in the tortilla then a bit of sauce to lightly wet the inside, a little sprinkling of cheese then a bit of grilled onion.
7. Roll it up and place in the sauced pan then repeat this process till youve used up one bag of tortillas per tray.
8. Do the same in the other pan then top both pans with the leftover sauce and then top it all with cheese.
9. Cook at 350 for 45 minutes covered then uncover and cook till cheese begins to brown.
10. Let sit for 20 minutes before serving
