Superb meatballs to entice your favorite pasta dish
In a medium bowl, combine bread crumbs, egg, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add ground beef, ground pork, and ham; mix well.
Using about 1 tablespoon of meat mixture for each form into meatballs. Flatten a meatball slightly, place an olive in center, and reroll into a ball, completely enclosing olive. Repeat procedure with remaining meatballs and olives.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil. Add meatballs and cook over medium-high heat, turning often, until browned all over.
Add wine and bring to a boil Reduce heat to low, partially cover, and simmer until meatballs are cooked through, about 10 minutes.
