Try this Meatballs To Serve with Spaghetti Sauce recipe, or contribute your own.
Combine meats, crumbs, cheese, parsley, garlic, milk, eggs, and seasonings; mix throughly. Form into small balls; brown in hot fat. Add to sauce and cook over low heat 15 minutes. JuneB77 3y agoExcellent Italian recipe. Easy, moist meatballs. Add more fresh parsley for a kick.
acscooks 5y agoMy family likes this recipe. I add chopped celery or spinach to it. As an alternative to frying, I put these on pans and bake 350F for 23-25 minutes (until no longer pink in middle). I freeze the extras by putting them in ice cube trays for 15 minutes, then bagging them for later. Yummy!
