Great for italian recipies
In a bowl combine beef, bread crumbs, parsley, cheese, pepper, garlic powder, egg, milk.
Mix well.
Roll into 1" balls and set aside.
Place meatballs on 9x11 baking sheet and bake at 350 for 20 - 30 minutes.
When cool. place in a colander and rinse the meatballs with hot water.
Add to sauce and simmer for 1 hour
