My dear friend, Lorisa Smith shared this recipe with me. These meatballs freeze well.
Mix and shape meatballs with large scoop (about 1/3 C.). Pour sauce over meatballs. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour.
*Consider making two recipes sauce so that each pan of meatballs is "saucy" enough.
