My spin on Nana's meatloaf
Preheat oven to 350°. Combine all ingredients together gently (do not over mix or it will be tough). Form into a loaf and put into meat loaf pan that has been sprayed with oil, then cover the top with ketchup. Bake at 350° for about 60 minutes or until the middle is 160° with meat thermometer inserted into the middle. Serve & enjoy!
