Regular Meatloaf recipe - very good.
preheat oven to 350F
in bowl, combine beef, egg, onion, milk, bread crumbs, Worcestershire sauce, garlic. season with salt and pepper to taste, form into a loaf and place on a lightly greased 9x13 sheet pan or baking dish.
in small bowl, combine brown sugar, mustard and ketchup. mix well and pour over meatloaf.
bake for 1 hour
don't make the loaf too high or it won't cook evenly.
