Delicious meatloaf just like Mom used to make!
In a bowl Combine all ingredients except for cheese. Form into a loaf. Place into a loaf pan. If you're adding cheese, split the loaf along the top and then sprinkle the cheese inside and then seal up the loaf. If desired, top off by pouring either ketchup or barbecue sauce along the top for additional flavor.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes to an hour.
You can use any herbs and seasonings. Also, any kind of cheese. We like cheddar or mozzarella. Even sliced American works.
