Ready in 50 minutes
Easy and very good.
Heat olive oil in pan over med high heat. Add chicken and brown until chicken has a good sear. Add onions and garlic. Cook for 2 minutes. Add artichokes, capers, sundried tomatoes and pine nuts. Salt and pepper to taste. Toss evenly. Add leeks/green onions and 1/4 cup of fresh basil. Add wine. Bring to an even bubble. Add lemon juice then cream. Stir and heat to thick and bubbly.
Serve over pasta.

jonic1001 4y agoMy husband and I really love this dish! I don't add the cream and we love the sauce more! Noticed the parsley vs basil issue. Not sure which one is right but we like it with parsley. This one goes in the regular rotation.

TheJackieO 5y agoLove all of the flavors. Used roasted red pepper instead of sun dried tomatoes and changed to a cheap Moscato wine b/c that's what I had on hand.
muddejp 5y agoExcellent Flavor! I substituted long grain rice for the angel hair pasta and it worked well.
MommyCook6 6y agoThe flavor of this dish is AMAZING! Really a great dish. We used basil and increased the cream to 1 1/2 cups. Also topped it with shredded Parm.
