Suggest a better description1. Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Add the butter and heat over medium-high heat. Cook the spinach for 1 minute, or until just wilted. Remove to a plate.
2. In a bowl, whisk together the egg, egg whites, cheese and dill. Coat the skillet with cooking spray. Set over medium-high heat. Cook and stir the egg mixture for 1 minute, or until set. Cut the pita in half and open to form a pocket. Fill with the eggs and spinach.
