Ready in 30 minutes
Great for a hot day, these wraps are cool, tasty and super healthy.
Mix all sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
Cut onion and cucumbers into small, 1-inch strips. Mix with shredded carrots, peas, and olives.
Spread sauce all over tortillas, to within 1 inch of edges. Put in crab or lamb for the meat-eaters, leave it out for the vegetarians. Lay veggie filling down the middle, and wrap.
Makes about 10 wraps.
